Honey for sweetening her wonderful creations comes from her own Riverstown apiary. Best quality free range eggs come from Valley View Eggs in nearby Bandon. Other ingredients are found strictly within the island of Ireland. Her range includes breads and scones baked daily, tea time cakes such as Tea Brack, Carrot Cake and Madeira, all in family sized 500g/1lb size. She also does a roaring number in celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings and seasonal occasions. There’s also a line in individually wrapped treats like flapjacks, macaroons, old fashioned tiffin and brownies, especially for those who want to grab a bite on the go. All these wonderful aromatic treats can be delivered straight to your door, and ordered on line too.
